Attribute:Relative Cost Index

The "Relative Cost Index" of a journal is taken from www.journalprices.com, and is defined as follows.

The Relative Cost Index (RCI) is the Composite Price Index (CPI) divided by the average CPI of non-profit journals in the same subject category. Journals that have multiple subject listings are factored into the average CPI for each field it belongs to, and its RPI is its CPI divided by the average of the average CPIs for each field.

For Eureka purposes, the word "field" above can be taken to mean either mathematics or physics, since these are the two relevant fields at www.journalprices.com. The set of journals in each field is of course that of www.journalprices.com and is not taken from Eureka.

Price per article has data type Type:Float, but it should really be a currency. This is a problem with SMW 0.4; a workaround is probably possible.

Type:Float.
