Attribute:Price per citation
From Eureka
The "Price per citation" of a journal is taken from www.journalprices.com, and is defined as follows.
From the ISI Journal Citation Reports database, a "recent citation rate" is obtained for each journal. It is defined as the number of times that volumes of a journal published between 2001 and 2005 were cited in 2005 plus the number of times that volumes published between 2002 and 2006 were cited in 2006, divided by 10. The price per citation is the price of this journal for a year's subscription to an academic library.
More explanation of the precise definition of these terms can be found here. In particular the price of the journal is sourced from Ulrich's International Periodical Directory, while the number of articles in the journals are obtained from the ISI Journal Citation Reports.
Neither of these two services are free; however since these two numbers are effectively combined into a quotient, the process can't be inverted to find the original data. [comment: Discuss!]
Price per article has data type Type:Float, but it should really be a currency. This is a problem with SMW 0.4; a workaround is probably possible.
