Email submissions in Microsoft Word are also accepted. Authors who are not willing to pay an unspecified page charge are requested not to submit a paper to this journal.

The journal was founded in 2004, and the price was $200 for the first year. In 2005 the price doubled to $400 dollars per year. There are two issues per year.

Articles have actually appeared, and found their way into Math Reviews. The journal's cover describes it as A Prestigious International Research Journal.
